Terms and Conditions
Adoption Fee

The Adopter agrees to pay an adoption fee of $250. This fee is non-refundable except as outlined in this Agreement. Payment is due in full prior to the transfer of the Kitten.

Health Guarantee:

The Breeder/Seller guarantees that the Kitten is in good health, free from contagious diseases, and up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming at the time of adoption.

The Adopter agrees to have the Kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of adoption. If a health issue is identified within this period, the Adopter must notify the Breeder/Seller immediately and may return the Kitten for a full refund or exchange.

Spay/Neuter Requirement:

The Kitten is being adopted as a pet and must be spayed/neutered by the age of 6 months, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Proof of spay/neuter must be provided to the Breeder/Seller within 30 days of the procedure.

Care and Welfare:

The Adopter agrees to provide the Kitten with proper veterinary care, a nutritious diet, clean water, and a safe living environment.

The Kitten is not to be declawed, abandoned, or sold to another party without prior written consent from the Breeder/Seller.

Return Policy:

If, at any time, the Adopter cannot keep the Kitten, the Breeder/Seller must be notified and given the first right of refusal to take back the Kitten. No refund will be provided unless otherwise agreed.

Non-Breeding Agreement:

The Kitten is being adopted as a companion animal and is not to be used for breeding purposes unless explicitly agreed in a separate written agreement.

Transfer of Ownership:

Ownership of the Kitten will be transferred to the Adopter once the adoption fee has been paid in full and the Kitten has been picked up or delivered.

Limitations of Liability:

The Breeder/Seller is not responsible for any health conditions or injuries that occur after the Kitten is transferred to the Adopter, except as outlined in the health guarantee.
